Description of class
We practise breathing and relaxation techniques combined with the gentle movement of yoga postures. The classes are gentle and are designed for relaxation, de – stressing and gentle stretching. It is not a strong physical workout and is very suitable for beginners or for those who do not want a strong class. These classes will help to maintain and improve your flexibility, generate a sense of calm and help to restore your energy levels.
Try out a class
If you have never attended a class before you are very welcome to come along and try out a class.
If you like it, pay for the term.Otherwise just pay £7.00 for the one lesson.
Joining mid term
If there are spaces it is perfectly possible to join mid term as the class is quite easy to pick up. Just multiply the number of weeks remaining by £7.00.
Venue Description
We practise in the Ernest Cook Hall at the Fairford Leys Centre. A very light room opening onto a small enclosed garden, The Ernest Cook Hall is a quiet warm room with wooden floors and ceiling; a lovely place to practise yoga.
Directions
Travel along the A41 Bicester Road towards Waddesden and Bicester. You will come to a mini roundabout with the car dealers Perrys and Vauxhall Campden on your left. Turn left into Griffin Lane with the dealers now on your left and the Charter pub on your right. Continue along Griffin Lane until you come to a roundabout. Take the second exit into Coldharbour Way. Take the second exit at the next roundabout and then take the first exit at the next roundabout into Pine Street. Continue along Pine Street until you come to the square in the centre of the village on your right hand side. Turn into the square and park in the middle. The Fairford Leys Centre is on the left hand side as you look towards the church. The Ernest Cook Hall is directly in front of you as you enter the building. Come and enjoy yoga in Fairford Leyes.
