Covid 19 Statement
Due to a number of family and personal circumstances I am continuing to provide my classes and 121 yoga therapy on Zoom. The current run of 6 zoom classes is from Thursday September 23rd to Thursday October 28th. I will then review whether to continue on Zoom or return to Bayoga Studio in Berkhamsted and will publish the information on the website. Do you have a health problem you’d like to address? Lower back pain, high blood pressure, breathing problems (like asthma or COPD), stress or anxiety? Or something else? As a qualified Yoga Therapist, my yoga therapy clinic is suitable for people with these health problems and will empower you to look after your own health. As a qualified Yoga Therapist, my yoga therapy clinic is suitable for people with a range of health problems.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary. Yoga therapy uses gentle postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation to help restore body/mind balance and promote natural healing.
We practise breathing and relaxation techniques with the gentle movement of yoga postures. My classes are designed for relaxation, de-stressing and gentle stretching. Consequently, it is not a strong physical workout. It is equally suitable for beginners or for those who do not want an energetic class. My classes are also suitable for postnatal mothers.
Yoga offers many health benefits. My classes will help you to maintain and improve your flexibility. They will also help you to have a sense of calm and restore your energy levels.
My classes take place in Berkhamsted High Street at Bayoga studio situated above Costa coffee. Bayoga is a custom designed yoga studio with plenty of light and high ceilings. There are two car parks near by.
